Our aim is to support young people who are looked after children, care leavers and unaccompanied asylum-seeking children, to achieve positive outcomes throughout their transition to adulthood and independent living. To achieve this, we have a robust life skills programme in place to support young people to gain the required skill set for independent living post 18.
The Haven Place is a supported accommodation provider aiming to deliver high-quality person-centred support packages for young people aged 16-18, to maximise positive outcomes and opportunities.We provide tailored support for young people, including those with challenging behaviour and/or emotional needs in a semi-independent setting. We operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
